Efrain Navarro, BSME, ACTAR

Mr. Navarro is an accredited accident reconstructionist with extensive experience investigating collisions involving passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, and pedestrians. His work includes vehicle and site inspections, digital mapping of collision scenes, aerial drone imaging, and extraction and analysis of Event Data Recorder (EDR) and Engine Control Module (ECM) data.

He utilizes mathematical models and computer simulations to accurately reconstruct collisions, prepares clear, professional reports, and provides expert witness testimony in both civil and criminal matters. Mr. Navarro is fluent in English and Spanish.
